Scope

These terms apply to the Ascend Research research-products storefront and orders placed through it. Review these terms, the Research Use Only Policy and the Billing and Refund Policy before purchasing.

Eligibility and permitted use

You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher or authorized institutional purchaser with appropriate laboratory facilities. Products are supplied exclusively for lawful in vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. You may not obtain, resell or supply them for prohibited uses.

Accounts and orders

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and protect your account access. We may request clarification, decline or cancel an order where availability, suspected misuse, pricing errors or legal requirements prevent fulfillment. If payment was collected for an order we cancel, contact support regarding its refund.

Prices and recurring orders

Prices are in US dollars. The order summary identifies the products, quantities, purchase option and applicable taxes and shipping. Product subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled under the Billing and Refund Policy. A pre-selected subscription checkbox can be unchecked for a one-time purchase. Do not complete checkout if the price or recurring terms differ from what you expected.

New-order prices may change. Changes to existing recurring terms will be disclosed before they apply, with the right to cancel future renewals and renewed authorization where legally required.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

We ship to United States addresses only. Available shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout, and the Billing and Refund Policy describes dispatch times and any complimentary items on qualifying orders. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Contact support promptly about address errors, cancellation requests, missing parcels or damage. Cancellation of future subscription renewals is separate from cancellation or refund of an already processed order. The Billing and Refund Policy explains return eligibility and refund handling.

Research information and certificates

Research summaries and certificates are informational. Test results relate to the specific lot, methods and conditions identified in the report. They do not establish human or animal safety, personal benefits, regulatory approval or fitness for clinical use. Nothing on this website is medical advice.

Responsibility and legal rights

You are responsible for lawful acquisition, laboratory handling, storage and disposal and for following your institution's safety procedures. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support about any dispute so it can be reviewed.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how storefront, order and subscription information is handled.
