What does research use only mean?

Products are supplied solely for lawful in vitro laboratory research. They are not consumer health products and are not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis or treatment.

Who can order?

Qualified researchers and institutional buyers who are 21 or older and have suitable laboratory facilities and expertise. See the Research Use Only Policy.

How do I read a Certificate of Analysis?

Match the product and lot number to the certificate. Review the named laboratory, methods, results and dates. A certificate reports results for that lot only; it is not evidence that a product is safe for personal or veterinary use. Contact support if you need help finding the relevant document.

How does Subscribe & Save work?

Eligible new monthly subscriptions receive 50% off the displayed one-time price. The first order is charged at checkout, then the selected products and quantities renew monthly until cancelled. The checkbox is pre-selected; uncheck it before adding to cart for a one-time purchase. There is no research-product membership fee or free trial. Read the Billing and Refund Policy before ordering.

How can I cancel a subscription?

Use the management link in your billing emails or email support@ascendresearchco.com from the address on the order. Cancel before the next renewal is processed to stop that charge. Cancelling future renewals does not automatically refund a processed order.

Which payment and shipping options are available?

Payment options are displayed at checkout. We ship to United States addresses only; the current standard service is UPS Ground (typically 2 to 4 business days) and the charge is shown before you pay. Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern on a business day are normally dispatched the same day. Review the final price, taxes and shipping before paying, and contact support about tracking or an order change. Carrier dates are estimates, not guarantees.

What are the free items in my cart?

Orders with a product subtotal of $150 or more currently include one complimentary BAC Water and one complimentary GHK-Cu, added automatically and shown at $0 at checkout. They carry the same research-use restrictions as every other product. Details are in the Billing and Refund Policy.

What if an order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact support promptly with your order number and photographs. Return and refund terms are in the Billing and Refund Policy.

Can you advise on personal use?

No. We do not provide human or animal dosing, administration, treatment or personal-use advice.
